But 2025 is all about the gram and fast, quick content of the best snippets of your day. Draping Everywhere!
Picture dramatic draping suspended across the walls and ceilings of the entire pavilion, runners of textured fabric across the table, spilling off the edges; and champagne tower tables draped in soft, delicate fabric – 2025 is the year of texture, fabric and draping everywhere. Transform the pavilion to add a touch of softness or break up the space.
Our newly built sail structure is also the perfect blank canvas, why not add that whimsical feel to your ceremony space by decking out the sail with draping with one of our preferred suppliers. We have two fabulous suppliers (Mia sylvia and drap.d) who we cannot recommend enough to help you add that extra touch of soft glam to your wedding here at Pylewell. They both offer a wide variety of colours to match your schemes and wedding styles.

Florals and styling:
Clean, architectural and crisp with plenty of colour blocking – this year couples are looking for that sleek, minimalist feel to their wedding. Think polished and luxurious, delicate and tasteful. Florals combined with fruits and vegetables is here to stay. Infusing seasonal blooms with fruits like grapes, pomegranates, or lemons intwined with plenty of greenery adds a super fresh, crisp but earthy vibe to your tablescapes, helping to colour drench but in a nature manner.
No matter what your vision is, our pavilion and ceremony spaces are the perfect black canvas to add your own stamp too. Our little black book of suppliers contains a range of our favourite florists and stylist to work with, and our events team would be delighted to set up a budget and wedding vision brainstorm call with you to offer personalized recommendations of suppliers to touch base with to help you achieve your wedding vision.

Champagne towers:
We have seen some magical champagne towers in 2024, and expect to see even more elevated champagne towers in 2025! From opening your welcome dinner here at Pylewell the night before the wedding, or kick starting the celebrations on your wedding day, there is always time for a champagne tower. This year, we are expecting to see highly decorated champagne towers – think layered linens, a bow or ten tied to the glassware, or extra garnishes for the extra wow factor. From the table in the entrance hall, to a whopper in the pavilion- you have heaps of location.
All of our caterers would be delighted to hire in coupes and take on the delicate art of constructing your champagne tower. We would recommend that our caterers pour the bottom layer of the tower for you, and as a couple, you pour the final top layers for that photo with plenty of drama and spectacle for your guests.

Alternative table arrangements and table plans:
Think curved, wavy tables, or center piece top tables with satellite rounds on the outside – 2025 is the year of mixing up the traditional table layouts with something a little different.
Although our pavilion has a purpose built permanent bar, we have loved seeing an additional showpiece bar structures hired in and popped into the middle of the pavilion. Seating can be dotted around the outside, and our indoor permanent bar can be used for dessert or cocktail stations instead!
Table plans are becoming playful and interactive too – we adore perfectly bespoke stationary, but lots of our couples are opting to make the table plan a fun part of the experience of the day. We have seen maracas and tambourine walls which guests collect on their way to dinner with names and table numbers, which transfer beautifully into adding that extra bit of buzz for your couple entrance to the room. From cactus walls, photo montages, festive nutcrackers or edible treats- fun table plans are here to stay!

Interactive dining and dessert stations:
Wonderful dining is paramount to your big day, amazing food and beautiful service remains one of the top priorities for many couples. From drinks and canapes right through to evening food, couples are becoming increasingly creative with ways to make dining more interactive and memorable for guests.
Don’t fancy the traditional fizz reception and three course plated meal? Our preferred caterers are all on hand to help you create beautiful, bespoke menus for both food and drink. Think interactive drinks walls for your drinks and canapes reception, or swap out cutting the cake for decorating a massive summer pavlova in the gardens, or even offer highly styled patisserie bars, oyster shucking station, cocktail hour, there are so many ways to glam up the dining experience. All of our caterers would be delighted to chat over any ideas you have. Please chat with Kalm Kitchen, Ginger Catering or Little Kitchen Co.

Multiple bridal outfits:
From ball gowns to mini cocktail dresses with all the glitz and glam, in 2024 we saw tons of our girls swap out their wedding dress from something light, sparkly and easy to dance in after dinner! We always love checking out Anna Bridal’s array of bridal accessories, from bespoke denim jackets, wraps, dressing gowns and sparkly evening wear!

Bows, bows, and more bows!
When it comes to bows, more is more – playful yet sophisticated, bows are here to stay a while longer. Whether it’s a personalized hair ribbons for the bridal party, or giant bow installations for entering the pavilion, or personalized name bows as place cards, our couples are loving adding bows into every aspect of that day for that elegant but fun touch. The queen of stationary, Paper Stories, is one to check out for dreamy bespoke stationary featuring all the bows!
