The venue itself perfectly reflects who we are which was a top priority for us. It’s quintessentially English, steeped in history, and beautifully blends the charm of a traditional manor house with elegant, modern features and amenities. The onsite bedrooms were a fantastic bonus, letting us have our family and wedding party close by throughout the entire weekend.
The separate pavilion was the perfect setting for our celebration. Self-contained and fully equipped, it offered enormous flexibility, allowing us to personalise the space and create a wedding that truly reflected our style and vision. We were given so much helpful information after our first visit, which made planning our day feel achievable and exciting.
Having access to the space over both Friday and Saturday was a real game-changer for us. It meant we could ensure everything was perfectly set up the night before, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free wedding morning and truly relax into the day.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR MOST MEMORABLE PART OF YOUR WEDDING DAY?
It’s really hard to pinpoint just one moment because everything was absolutely perfect, but a few memories stand out vividly.
Firstly, our outdoor ceremony was truly magical. Given that our wedding was in October, we were mentally prepared to hold the ceremony indoors (which, of course, is stunning at Pylewell Park), but it had always been our dream to be married outside amidst the beautiful scenery. The fact that the weather was perfect and the sun appeared just as we were saying our vows made the moment feel truly special and unforgettable.
Secondly, our first look at the pavilion, where our wedding breakfast took place, will forever be etched in our memories. The room was simply stunning – beyond anything we could have imagined – and seeing our vision brought to life was surreal. The autumnal colours added an extra layer of magic to the setting, so we would like to give a special mention to Maddie from Oh Flora Weddings & Events who is simply brilliant.
Finally, one of the most fulfilling moments was watching our guests enjoy everything we had created. Seeing everyone delight in the day we had dreamed of was incredibly rewarding and is something we will treasure forever.
TELL US YOUR VISION FOR THE MARQUEE AND STYLING? DID IT LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS?
It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Having a blank canvas was incredible, giving our florist and caterers the freedom to bring our vision of autumnal colours to life in a purpose-built space. Initially, it was hard to visualise exactly how everything would come together – we only had mood boards and pictures to guide us – but when we saw it in person, it was beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail looked even better than we had pictured, and it perfectly captured the atmosphere we had dreamed of for our day.

Where do we even begin! From start to finish, the entire Pylewell team provided truly outstanding service. As a (definitely!)
