If we weren’t already romanced by the concept of such a gorgeous setting and beautiful house for bringing our dream wedding weekend to life, meeting the team instantly sealed the deal for us. From our first visit, we were warmly welcomed into the Pylewell family and knew that we had stumbled upon something incredibly special. We’d visited several venues in our search, but nothing came close to the passion, professionalism, and charm we were greeted with at Pylewell. Whilst planning a wedding can be both exciting and daunting in equal measure (mainly exciting!), with Aby, Mel and Nicole’s enthusiasm for our ideas, personalised recommendations, and unmatched organisation, we felt supported every step of the way.
- TELL US ABOUT YOUR MOST MEMORABLE PART OF YOUR WEDDING DAY?
It’s so hard to choose!? Waking up on the morning of the wedding, having spent the previous evening enjoying a relaxed dinner in the garden surrounded by our closest family and friends, was the most extraordinary feeling. From here, every detail felt like it fell into place perfectly (better than we could ever have imagined!) – we know both the Pylewell team and our fabulous suppliers are fully responsible for this – and, for which, we are extremely grateful as we were able to relax and relish every single moment. Simply magical.

- TELL US YOUR VISION FOR THE MARQUEE AND STYLING? DID IT LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS?
If we didn’t start with a shout out for our fairy godmother, Sarah (Nudo), we’d never forgive ourselves. We were looking for simplicity, elegance, and a way of introducing Tuscan-inspired elements – a place where we have shared many happy memories, and glass of Chianti or two. Without hesitation, Sarah got to work and, in natural tandem with Red Herring, they waved their magic wands over Pylewell’s already-gorgeous ceremony space and marquee to bring our dream wedding to life.

Any opportunity to sing Aby’s praises, who will forever be known to us as our wedding angel! Aby was always one step ahead, sharing in our excitement and accompanied by her infectious energy, she continuously went above and beyond to ensure our weekend was extra special in every single way possible. Complimented perfectly by our wonderful host Jan, who welcomed us and our house guests in with open arms and a smile. We truly feel like a part of the Pylewell family – to the extended team and everyone that supported our weekend, we cannot thank you enough!
