Our wedding offering boasts utter exclusivity with use of the main house for 2 nights, accommodation for 26 guests, access to the Pavilion to set up from the day before and the gardens and grounds for your guests to enjoy for drinks, photos and mingling.

Wedding Ceremony

The circular house gardens offer an intimate and perfectly symmetrical setting, ideal for framing the house or sea views, and are especially beautiful in spring when surrounded by pink rhododendrons. Alternatively, up at the Black Gates provides a complete blank canvas, perfect for creating a fully bespoke setting tailored to your vision.

Inside the Main House, we have three rooms in the house licensed for ceremonies for winter weddings (or as a wet weather option). Alternatively, you will find St Mary’s Church just past the end of the driveway.

Wine & Dine

Food is one of the most important elements of your wedding and our three caterers embrace our dining ethos. No packages but a chance for you to build your own menus and offering. From buffets, grazing boards, dessert stations, two or three plated courses, a BBQ- the list goes on! We love championing local produce and showcasing the best that Hampshire has to offer with with flexible, fun dining.

Pylewell Pavilion

One-of-a-kind wedding venue. A dreamy blank canvas for a style savvy bride, it has beautiful Farrow & Ball adorned walls, a built-in bar, bathrooms and a kitchen, a floor-to-ceiling glass front with views overlooking the Solent and a dance floor to boogie the night away. Outside a terrace adorned with festoon lighting, firepits and pretty pots and planters offers plenty of space for evening food trucks and alfresco cocktails.

Can we have an exclusive-use wedding at Pylewell Park?

Yes, all Pylewell Park weddings are completely exclusive-use. The house, Pavilion, and gardens are yours for the duration of your stay, ensuring full privacy and flexibility for your celebration. You can arrive the day before to set up, rehearse and settle in before the big day.

How many guests can Pylewell Park accommodate for a wedding?

The Pavilion can comfortably host up to 150 seated guests under its canopy, with additional space for evening guests. For more intimate celebrations, the main house provides a charming setting for smaller ceremonies and dinners.

Is accommodation included when we book?

Yes. Weekend weddings include two nights in the main house, with 13 individually styled bedrooms for up to 26 guests. Midweek bookings are more flexible, and rooms can be added as needed.

Can we choose our own wedding suppliers and caterers?

Pylewell Park is a venue-only hire, giving couples the freedom to choose their own suppliers. We do, however, have a curated list of trusted caterers and suppliers who know the venue well and share our passion for detail.

What are the food and drink options for our wedding?

Our recommended caterers offer flexible menus tailored to your taste – from grazing boards and BBQs to fine-dining experiences. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks, with corkage charged per guest.

Can we hold an outdoor wedding ceremony at Pylewell Park?

Absolutely. Our sail structure provides a romantic outdoor setting overlooking the Solent, licensed for civil ceremonies between April and September. For winter weddings, indoor rooms and a nearby church offer beautiful alternatives.

Are pets allowed at Pylewell Park weddings?

Yes, we love it when couples include their pets in the celebrations. Dogs and other well-behaved pets are welcome to be part of your ceremony or photos. Just let our team know your plans in advance.

Does Pylewell Park host other types of events?
