A Christmas Extravaganza
From twinkling frosted grass outside as the sun rose, to lantern lit staircases, roaring log fires, twinkling tree lights, rich red roses and leafy winter greens as delicate decoration, Lois and Jonathan’s wedding was truly a Christmas extravaganza!
Magical Winter Wedding
Pylewell is made for magical winter weddings – it provides a cosy atmosphere to host a fabulous celebration. The drawing room gave the couple and their guests with the ultimate celebration space – the fireplace was delicately dressed with vines of greens and pops of red and blush roses. A small Christmas tree in the corner of the room added that extra bit of glimmer and magic to their ceremony.
The drawing room is our winter wedding reception space too – after a fabulous snow storm of white winter confetti at the front of the house, Lois and Jonathan’s guests were welcomed back to roaring fires, fizz, warm dusted mince pies and mini Yorkshire puds to kick start the celebrations.
To be wined and dined, guests followed the glimmering festoon lighting out to the pavilion where they were greeted by tall candle filled lanterns, floating candles, heaps of mistletoe, and oh so many more red rich roses. Christmassy gin cured salmon starters and fillets of roast beef mains were served to guests for the wedding breakfast along with a trio of deserts.
