Why hold your wedding or Party at Pylewell Park?
We not only offer one of the best locations in the UK, overlooking The Solent and Isle of Wight, we also offer complete exclusivity and privacy at Pylewell, which becomes your home for the day.
The pretty local church of St Mary’s, in South Baddesley is barely minutes from the house. Although, Pylewell does not currently have a license for civil weddings and partnerships, a number of spaces will be licensed in 2018. Autumn 2018 will see the launch of a new permanent marquee that will be erected in the grounds of the house. Ideally located with majestic views over the Solent and gardens it will have capacity for up to 150 guests for your wedding breakfast, a bar and reception drinks area, a dance floor, luxury toilet facilities and outside terrace. We have two excellent local caterers who will be able to provide delicious food and great service.
For photographic opportunities, there are picturesque walks in the Rhododendrons by the lake, or in any of a multitude of romantic places within the hundred acre pleasure gardens.
To make life as easy as possible, we will provide a list of excellent local suppliers, including marquee suppliers, photographers, florists, make up artists, cake makers and favours etc to help with every detail you may need.
The recent creation of a stunning ‘Bridal Suite’ in the house offers a couple something of a fairytale start to their honeymoon. Two additional guest bedrooms with en suites are also available for family and friends. These bedroom are charged at £200 per room per night for bed and breakfast.
For other wedding guests we have a range of preferred hotels, B&B’s and local accommodation options for you. There are two International airports in nearby Bournemouth and Southampton, and Lymington has a train station making London a short hour and a half journey.
