The sky’s the limit and your imagination can run wild. You can hire the ground floor of the house with our without bedrooms and add on outside space, the pavilion and the grounds.
What we can offer?
Our spacious pavilion can seat 200 sit down guests, with a dreamy terrace, festoon lighting, firepits, dancefloor, kitchen and loos all under one roof. It’s the ultimate blank canvas for a seriously swanky shindig.
With 65 acres of parkland and a beautiful balustrade you have space galore for outside celebrations. How does a picnic and Pimms on the lawn sound, or perhaps a romantic tipi for an intimate dinner with a backdrop of the Solent?
The main house has a number of rooms perfect for drinks and canapé receptions or private dining up to 60.
Fancy a sleepover?
Pylewell house can sleep 20 guests with another 6 in our private penthouse. You can gather your nearest and dearest and take over our house for the weekend.
Stroll down to our private access beach, enjoy a G&T on the roof terrace and spend time catching up with friends and family – it’s the perfect country house getaway.

Is accommodation available for our guests?
Yes. Pylewell House sleeps up to 20 guests, with an additional 6 in the private penthouse. Many groups turn their event into a weekend stay, enjoying the gardens, private beach, and roof terrace.
